3. Return Process

To request a return:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/video of the product

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review the request within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges (if any in future offers) may be deducted in case of customer-initiated returns.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Free Return Cases

Return shipping will be free if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received damaged/defective

  • Missing items in package

7. Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns due to change of mind, size issues, or preference may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and can attract deductions.

8. Order Cancellation
